Neighborhood Watch?
At the August 2008 Idylwood Civic Club meeting there was a brief discussion about forming a neighborhood watch group in Idylwood.

Officer Rick Trejo, who is the HPD liaison for the East End, frequently encourages the formation of such a group whenever he addresses the Civic Club. After the meeting, Paul Balaster and Barney Giesen voiced their willingness to investigate how these groups work. If you are interested in being involved in working with other neighbors to investigate whether a Neighborhood Watch is feasible for Idylwood, I encourage you to contact Paul or Barney by email.
