Instructions for Voting Absentee
Absentee Ballots must be received by August 8, 2008.
Download the format you prefer. Microsoft Word 2003 format must be printed and completed by hand. Adobe Acrobat PDF can be filled out online, printed and signed. If you need the Adobe Acrobat Reader or Microsoft Word Reader, you can download those below.

- Select your choice of candidates for Officers and Directors. Note that you are limited to 11 and only 11 Directors, including write-ins.
- Print your name, address and telephone number and SIGN the ballot.
- Mail the signed ballot to Nancy Doyle, 6663 Lindy Lane, Houston, TX 77023.
- If you prefer your ballot picked up in person, please contact one of the election committee members to make arrangements:
